It replaces the 2003 NAFL training notes with a current, complete, and WorldZone-specific guide: every fundamental the old handbook covered, brought up to date, plus the parts of the business the old book never touched.
Definitions are kept to industry-standard wording. Explanations are written to actually be understood. Where the trade has changed since 2003 — Incoterms 2020, IMO 2020, container shortages, e-documentation — it is flagged plainly.
